Cool...but....shudder, and I really don't mind spiders so much.

My son was on a camping trip and one of the other kids woke up with an egg sack on his face and they found a Wolf Spider in his bed that morning. Poor kid was traumatized after that. Ewwwww.

The name suits it completely. Nice to see you back online :)

possibly a different Wolf Spider to the type we encountered in Venezuela? those seemed quite content to bathe in the sunlight.

Good shot in any event.

Man, you give me trauma for life with these images:) One good thing about Sweden is that the spiders are quite small, but im afraid of them to....How about a cute puppy or something for tomorrow ??
Take care :))

I moved house in the UK recently, one of the removal guys had spent a year in Aus, the other guy said he would not be able to live there due to the snakes and spiders.... I guess this is what he was thinking of!

Better you than me taking this shot! This guy looks like he's looking for a meal. Impressive details (hey, somebody's gotta do it, right?)

I can't get over how anthropomorphic this guy is! Just 2 visible eyes - and those lips! They are completely shaped like a human pair of lips!
Great photo.
