Mutation

This often occurs when insects of certain species lay their eggs inside gum leaves.

Wow this looks really cool. I love the colors here. The insect world is really a world of its own, a bit creepy sometimes :)) but yet wounderful....(and I envy your 30 degrees)

That is so cool looking. It's like something out of a sci-fi or fantasy cartoon/movie. I expect to see some alien creature pop out of one of those little tube like growths.
